5 c Rice Krispies cereal
1 lb mild and 1 lb hot breakfast sausage
2 T chopped onion
2 c cooked rice
5 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2-1/2 c milk
6 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown sausage and onion in a skillet; drain and set aside. In a 10-by-14-inch casserole dish place 4 cups Rice Krispies. Layer over cereal the sausage and onion mixture, cooked rice and grated cheese. Combine soup, milk and eggs in a bowl; beat until blended. Poke holes in the casserole layers with a wooden spoon handle. Pour the liquid mixture over the top. Cover with the remaining 1 cup of Rice Krispies. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. May freeze unbaked; thaw to bake.
