Fresh dill
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. oil
1 bay leaf
Red, green, yellow peppers, sliced lengthwise with stem and pith removed

Syrup:
1 Tbsp. salt
2 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:

Place in Quart Jar: dill on bottom, then garlic, oil, bay leaf, and peppers.

Combine syrup ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour over peppers in jar while hot. Cool completely and then seal with a lid.
