2 lbs ground beef

2 onions sliced

Salt and pepper

4-5 carrots sliced

4-5 potatoes sliced

1 28 oz can of diced or crushed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the bottom with the raw ground beef in the dutch oven
Put a layer of the sliced onions next
Season each layer with a little salt and pepper
Put a layer of carrots over the onions
Then add a layer of the sliced potatoes
Repeat layers until all the ingredients are gone
Pour a big can of the tomatoes over the veggies and put a cover on top of the dutch oven
Bake in at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until tender
use a 28 oz can for the tomatoes though
