1 can black-eyed peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1-2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 small bottle Italian dressing
1 large bag Scoops or Tortilla Chips

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours. Serve with scoops or tortilla chips.
