1 frozen deep dish pie crust
8 oz sausage
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream or milk
Pepper
2 T sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a skillet, brown sausage, then drain fat. Combine cooked sausage & cream cheese. Drop crumbles of sausage mixture into bottom of pie crust. Top with shredded cheese. Whisk together eggs, sour cream, pepper and cream. Pour egg mixture over sausage & cheese mixture in pie crust. Bake 1 hour. Allow quiche to rest 5-10 mins before serving.
