1 piece of bread
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter the bread on both sides. Cut a small hole in the middle of the bread. Place the bread in the skillet on medium heat. Crack the egg into the hole in the bread. Let the egg cook for about 1 minute or so. Flip the bread/egg over and let it cook for another minute. Gently press down with the spatula. Cook to your egg preference.
