4T butter
1 cup rice, uncooked
4-6 pork chops
salt and pepper
10 oz can beef broth
3/4 cup water
1-2 onions, sliced into rings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in a skillet. Add rice and saute in butter until light brown - about 5 mins. Add the rice to the bottom of a greased 9x13 dish. Mix broth & water together. Salt & pepper the pork chops. Brown both sides of the pork chops in the skillet. Remove chops from skillet & place on top of rice. Pour broth mixture over the chops & place onions on top. (you can also add a can of cream of mushroom soup to the broth mixture for a more creamy dish). Cover with foil and bake for 45 mins.
