2lbs potatoes, cut into chunks
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
2 T olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Place potatoes into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour olive oil over top of potatoes and stir to coat evenly. Sprinkle the soup mix on top and stir to coat. Bake for 40 mins or until tender and golden brown.
