3 C Almond Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/3 C coconut oil
3/4 C maple syrup
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 C dar Chocolate chips
1/4 C toasted sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º. Line baking sheets. Combine flour, soda and salt and set aside.Mix coconut oil and maple syrup until creamy but not fully mixed, about 5 minutes. Add whole egg, egg whites and vanilla and mix for 2 minutes more. Slowly add dry ingredients and mix for 1 more minute. Add chocolate chips and almonds and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto baking sheet, about 1 inch apart. Flatten slightly and bake about 15 minutes until golden.
