12 Slices Bacon-fry and crumble
1½ cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
⅓ cup Chopped Onion
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Bisquick
4 eggs
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Optional (Sausage,Green Pepper,Ham,etc.)

Preheat oven to 400º

Grease 10 inch pie pan.
Sprinkle meat, cheese, onion, and optional ingredients.
Beat Milk, Bisquick, Eggs, and salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over ingredients.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

For little quiches, fill mini cupcake tins with bacon, swiss and onion. Then fill with egg mixture 3/4 full. Bake those at 350º
for about 20 minutes.

Don't forget to grease the mini muffin tins. I usually use Pam.

I got this from a friend from Kirk. I'm pretty sure she got it from the back of a Bisquick box at some point. But they really are good! I always make the little ones.
