Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Stewing Beef
4 strips Bacon, fried and crumbled
1 large Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 1/2 cups Beef Broth or Dry White Wine
1 tablespoon Paprika (Hungarian is best)
1/8 teaspoon Marjoram
Salt and Pepper to taste depending on the saltiness of the beef broth.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry out the bacon and remove from pan. Chop onion and fry in bacon fat and remove. Brown the beef in bacon fat. Add all other ingredients to beef and simmer until tender.
2. You may stir sour cream into the mixture (make sure mixture is not too hot when you do) or serve sour cream on the side. Serve over noodles or rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I left out the green pepper. I used a little more bacon as I like the taste. The mixture is good without the sour cream but I found that adding the sour cream really brought out the flavours.
