1 cup sugar
2 TBS cornstarch
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup boiling water
2 cups fresh blueberries
3 TBS lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, and a dash of salt, gradually stir in boiling water. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils; cook 2 minutes more. Add fresh blueberries; return to boiling. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice; cool. Makes 3 cups.
