1 bag White frozen corn
2 Cans Black Beans
1 Bunch Green Onions (about 6)
Tomatoes (chopped)

6 Tbsp oil
4 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the green onions and tomatoes. Put in a bowl. Add the corn and Beans (drained and rinsed).

Whisk the remaining ingredients together and add to the bowl. Stir together and let sit for a while. Or you can eat it right away! Use a good sturdy tortilla chip.

I got this recipe when I had a part time job at the Schaumburg Flyers Stadium.There was a lady who was a fantastic cook and we talked cooking all the time! Her husband worked at Schaumburg High School..I can't remember her name though.
