1 C. butter
2 C. flour
C. powdered sugar
4 beaten eggs
2 C. white sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
C. lemon juice
Lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, 2 C. flour, and powdered sugar. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Mix eggs, 5 tbsp. flour, white sugar, baking powder, lemon juice, and lemon rind. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top .
