½cup oil
½cup balsamic vinegar
¼cup soy sauce
¼cup worcestershire sauce
1/8cup lemon juice
2 tsp.dried rosemary
¾cup brown sugar
2Tbsp dijon mustard
2tsp.salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all together. Add chicken for up to 4 hours. Save some marinade to baste the chicken while cooking.

This is enough for 6 chicken breasts.The flavor is fantastic! I have used dried rosemary, but i think you could use fresh.
