Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can crescent roll dough
1 block brie

Topping:
½ C pecans, chopped
½ C brown sugar
¾ stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place crescent rolls on cookie sheet with points away from center, making a star-like pattern. Place the block of cheese in the center of the dough and wrap points toward the middle, covering the cheese. Pinch seams closed so the cheese doesn’t seep out as it bakes. Place in oven and bake according to instructions on crescent roll can. As it bakes, make your glaze by combining butter, brown sugar and pecans and bring to nearly a boil. Remove from heat. Once the dough/brie is finished baking, use a spatula to place in the center of serving platter. Pour glaze over the top. Arrange crackers and/or apple slices around the dough and serve hot.
