1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. Cocoa (rounded up a little)
4 Tbsp. Flour (rounded up a little)
3 eggs, saving whites for icing
1 tsp. vanilla flavoriing
1/4 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, and cocoa. Beat egg yolks and add to milk. Add this to dry ingredients. Add vanilla and butter. Cook on low to medium stirring all the time until thick. For icing, three egg whites beaten real stiff, 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to each egg white (and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla also) and small amount at a time. Putting chocolate mixture into cooked pie crust, spread on icing until all edges are filled to the edge of the crust. Cook on 350º for about 15-17 minutes.

You may want to use a double boiler. I don't; I just stir all the time, but some people would rather use the double boiler.
