"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 c chopped pecans
1 c mayo
1 bunch (6)green onions, chopped

Directions:
Mix together. Put in pie plates(2). Frost with spicy pepper jam of your
choice of flavor.
MOM’S NOTE: If you can’t find it use regular or seedless jam. I don’t know how old this recipe is. But hot pepper jam is not hard to find or at least not on the west coast. It’s usually sold in the deli section or a specialty shop.“
NOTE: I used Tabasco Brand Pepper Jam(not too spicy) and serve with your favorite hearty crackers. This was a real hit when I served it.
