Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn and green beans, thawed)
2 cups hot mashed potatoes
4 oz (half of 8 oz pkg) Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced (I use garlic salt while frying beef)
1 cup Heinz HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy (I use 2 packets McCormick Brown Gravy Mix, mixed according to directions on packets, except can reduce liquid by l/2 cup if desired. Will end up with more than 1 cup liquid, which we prefer).

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees

Brown meat in large skillet, drain (as stated above, I use some garlic salt while browning hamburger)

Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar and garlic if using minced; blend well

Combine meat, vegetables and gravy, spoon into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Since I have always doubled this recipe, I use 2 large baking dishes. Cover with the mashed potato mixture and remaining cheddar.

Bake 20 min or more until heated through. When putting on potatoes, I peak them with large spoon all over the casserole. That way, when baked, the potato peaks will get golden brown.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is one of my favorite casseroles. Sarah and Brian took us to an English restaurant when they lived in J-town. They served this dish which was amazing to me. They also served a bread pudding which I loved.

We had this dish at one of the "taste around E'town" nights. At that time, Wicked Eye Woman was not open, but they supplied samples of this dish in one of the other stores. It was the best thing I tasted that evening. I have had it a few times at WEW, however I like this recipe from Kraft better than what I have tasted there. This would be wonderful for potlucks, Bunco, etc. I have always doubled because I have made the dish for large crowd, such as condo potluck.
I do not believe I actually doubled the meat. I probably bought a larger package, and did not buy as lean a beef as I normally would - because of the cost - but would drain very well.
