Deviled Eggs Number One

6 eggs, boiled, peeled, sliced in half.
2 tsp sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp sugar
Mayonnaise to bind

Deviled Eggs Number Two

6 eggs, boiled, peeled, sliced in half.
1 - 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
2 - 3 T smoked salmon, chopped
Mayonnaise to bind

Deviled Eggs Number One:

Scoop out the yolk into a small bowl. Put the whites on a platter.

To the yolk, add the pickle relish and the sugar. Mash it all together. Gradually add a tablespoon of mayo (or more) until the desired consistency. Stuff eggs with the mixture. Chill and serve!

Deviled Eggs Number Two:

Scoop out the yolk into a small bowl. Put the whites on a platter.

To the yolk, add the dill and the salmon. Mash it all together. Gradually add a tablespoon of mayo (or more) until the desired consistency. Stuff eggs with the mixture. Garnish with more dill. Chill and serve!
