1 c. cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 T. flour
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, cream and vinegar together. Stir sugar and flour together and whisk into liquid. Place in heavy saucepan and cook, stirring continuously until it boils.
