8 slices Prosciutto (get good Italian Prosciutto)
1 Pear , peeled and sliced
10 g Grana Padano (shaved into strips)
4C Arugula
6T Balsamic vinegar (regular or apple or pear flavour)
2 T Balsamic reduction
4 T Olive Oil
Salt & pepper

Directions:
1. Place arugula in a large bowl. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil and toss well. Heap the arugula onto the plates
2. Place the slices of Prosciutto on the arugula..
3. Peel, core and slice the pear and place next to the prosciutto, topping it with the grated Grana Padano.
4. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the Prosciutto di San Daniele and pear and top with shavings of Grana Padano.

I have adjusted this recipe from the original I got from Bosa's website - adding the arugula and balsamic reduction. Jan, Ryan and Kaitie all said it was very good.
