6 to 8 cooked chicken breasts OR one whole rotisserie chicken - cubed
1 small onion, chopped
Garlic Salt
2 large cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small can Cream of Chicken Soup
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Corn tortillas
16-24 oz roasted green chile..or canned green chile - chopped

Directions:
Put the cooked, cubed chicken in a large bow. Add chopped onions and garlic salt. Mis and set aside. In a large saucepan, add the soups and this chile. Stir in the chicken. Heat well, but don't burn. Stir occasionally.

In a 9x13 greased pan, later the tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese by either:

frying the tortillas briefly or simply dipping them in the chicken mixture to wet them. Overlap the flat tortillas in the bottom of the dish, add chicken mixture and then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers leaving off the cheese for the top layer. Bake at 350F for about an hour. About 10 minutes before removing, add the remaining cheese and return to over. Serve hot.
