4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bag of egg noodles
2 10 3/4 oz cans of cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1-2 stacks of Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken into cubes and then cook by boiling in water on the stove. This usually takes about 10-12 minutes.
2. When done cooking, remove the chicken from the water and bring the water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package directions.
3. Drain the noodles and place in a 13 x 9" baking dish. Add the cubed, cooked chicken.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the soup and sour cream. Spread over the noodles and chicken.
5. Top with shredded cheese.
6. Finally, mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter and spread over the top.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes---uncovered.
