1/2 head of cauliflower, steamed
1/2 onion diced
2 celery stocks, finely chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp brown mustard
salt to taste

Directions:

After cooking cauliflower, let cool and chop as you would potatoes.
Add all other ingredients and mix together.
Chill until ready to eat.
