20 medium mushrooms
3 Tbsp minced onion
½ C vegan butter
⅓ C vegan dry bread crumbs
¼ C finely chopped pistachios
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
¼ tsp marjoram, crushed
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove stems from the mushrooms and finely chop
2. Saute the mushrooms and onion in ¼ C butter
3. Add the bread crumbs, pistachios, parsley, marjoram, and salt
4. Mix well
5. Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps
6. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with remaining melted butter
7. Bake at 350ºF for 5 minutes or until hot
