Dressing:
1½ tsp salt or to taste
1 close garlic, minced
½ C cider vinegar
½ C sugar
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp juice from the jar of pickled jalapeno
1-2 tsp hot sauce of choice
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp celery seed

Slaw:
1 small green cabbage cored and shredded
2 carrots, peeled and grated
1 red bell pepper, thinly slivered
1 green bell pepper, thinly slivered
2-4 fresh jalapenos, seeded and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp minced pickled jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the salt and garlic and mash it to a paste with the back of a spoon
2. Add the next 8 ingredients and whisk until the sugar and salt are dissolved
3. Correct the dressing by adjusting seasonings to taste
4. Stir in the slaw ingredients and toss
5. Let the slaw stand for at least 10 minutes or as long as 4 hours before serving
