2 cups greek yogurt
1 cup english cucumber, grated, salted, and drained
1 lemon, zested
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon zest, garlic, dill, pepper, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use
