onion
garlic
ground meat (turkey)
tomato paste
crushed tomatoes (can)
cauliflower
shredded mozarella
parmesan

salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, oregano, parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. cut cauliflower into small florets & blanche it
2. sauté onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, ground meat, salt, pepper, cook well & drain
3. add tomato paste, oregano, crushed tomatoes, simmer 15 min, add parsley
4. mix meat sauce with blanched cauliflower
5. place in casserole dish: layer cauliflower/meat sauce, mozzarella & parmesan (2-3 layers, finishing with cheese)
6. bake at 375 for 25 min
7. sprinkle with fresh parsley
