3/4 c. Coconut Flour
1/2 c. Butter, cold, cut into pieces
1/3 c. Xylitol
1/4 t. Sea Salt
2 lg. Eggs
1/2 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line bottom of a 9 inch pie pan with parchment paper or grease well. Combine flour, butter, sweetener and sea salt in a food processor. Pulse until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Process again until dough forms. Press crust into the pie pan. Poke holes int he bottom with a fork or a toothpick. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until firm and just barely golden on the edges. Rest on the counter for at least 10 minutes before adding filling and bake again as needed for filling. If edges start to brown too much before filling is done, cover with foil and continue cooking.

Helpful notes: If making a savory pie, omit sweetener and vanilla. Increase salt to 1/2 t.
