2 c. Biscuit Mix
1/2 c. Sugar (divided)
1 1/4 t. Cinnamon (divided)
1/2 c. Applesauce
1/4 c. Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 T. Butter or Margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine biscuit mix 1/4 c sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add applesauce, milk, and egg. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill greased 2 inch muffin pans 2/3 full. bake in hot oven at 400º for 12 minutes or until brown. Cool slightly; remove from pans. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon together. Dip top of muffins in the melted butter and then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
