6 eggs
2 cups cake meal**
1½ cups sugar
¾ cup oil
1 heaping Tbsp. potato starch
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups filberts (hazelnuts), chopped
½ cup shredded coconut
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
Pinch of salt
Sprinkling of cinnamon
Grated chocolate

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine the ingredients, adding grated chocolate last. Let stand 5 minutes.
Form into rolls - 3-3½" diameter. Place rolls on cookie sheet.
Bake 45 minutes at 350º. Cut while hot.
Turn off the oven. Place slices on their sides on the cookie sheet. Put cookie sheet into oven to let the slices dry. Once dry, remove from oven and store.



These chomish are kosher for Pesach (Passover).

**Cake meal is a kind of flour that is used for Passover baking. It is usually available at delicatessens and in the Kosher products aisles in supermarkets.
