2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup chocolate chips or flakes
2 cups slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, and oil for 10 minutes.
Add dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate and nuts.
Make 4 rolls. Sprinkle a few almonds on top of each roll. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Slice while hot. Place slices on their sides on cookie sheet.
Turn off the oven. Place in oven to dry. Remove from oven and store.




Chomish, or kommish, are Jewish biscotti!
