2 sticks Butter
1 c. Water
4 T. Cocoa
2 c. Flour
1/2 t. Salt
2 c. Sugar
1 t. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 c. Sour Cream

DO NOT SUBSTITUTE SPLENDA!!

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, water and cocoa in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add flour, salt, and sugar. Beat in baking soda, eggs and sour cream. Pour into pan (2 13x9 pans or 1 large cookie sheet) and bake at 350º for 20-22 minutes.
 

Icing

1 stick Butter
4 T. Cocoa
6 T. Milk
3 c. Powdered Sugar (1 box)
1 t. Vanilla
1 c. Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, cocoa and milk together. Bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread icing over cake while cake is still warm.
