1 box Yellow Cake Mix
4 Eggs
3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
10 oz Bottle 7-Up

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil. Beat until light and fluffy. Add 7-Up and beat. Pour into greased 9x13 in pan. Bake in 350º oven for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately ice with pineapple icing.
 

Pineappel Icing


Ingredients:

2 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 T. Flour
1 stick Margarine, melted
1 c. Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 1/3 c. Shredded Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and flour; combine with beaten eggs, margarine and pineapple. Cook until thick; add coconut, stirring until blended. Pour over cake.
