1 Cup Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 1/3 Cups Flour
4 Eggs
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp.Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and 1/2 Cup powdered sugar until fluffy. Beat in 2 cups flour until just combined. Spread into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs while gradually adding granulated sugar. Beat until thick. Add lemon juice, 1/3 cup flour and baking powder. MIx well and pour over crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
