2 small packages mixed vegetables, cooked as directed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sharp cheese, grated
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 package Waverly crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1 can chopped water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the crackers and butter. Place in greased casserole dish. Cover with crushed crackers and pour butter over all. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
