6 - 8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 stick butter
30 - 40 Ritz crackers, crushed
Poppyseeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and cut up. Place chicken in bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken. Spread Ritz crackers over all and then pour butter over this. Sprinkle with poppyseeds as desired or mix poppyseeds into dish while preparing. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.
