1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Minute Rice
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Brown beef, onions and celery. Add soups, water and rice and mix well. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

*I made this a lot for Ron and the girls when I was first learning how to cook. We had this recipe or Hazel's Beef Casserole or Roman Holiday a lot while I was learning.
