1/4 cup crisco
1 onion
1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 cups cooked spaghetti or macaroni
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch pepper
1 can tomato soup or tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion in crisco, add meat and seasoning and cook until brown. In baking dish arrange layer of macaroni, add meat mixture. Repeat until all is used. Pour in tomato soup. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover dish and bake in 350º oven for 35 minutes. Remove cover, bake an additional 10 minutes.

*This is one of the first recipes I learned how to make after Ron and I married. We and the girls ate this and Hazel's Beef Casserole and Beef & Rice Casserole a lot while I learned how to cook!
