1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small package noodles, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn
1 jar chopped pimento
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and add all other ingredients except for bread crumbs. Place in greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.

*This is one of the first things I learned how to cook. Ron and I and the girls ate a lot of this and Roman Holiday and Beef & Rice Casserole while I learned how to cook.
