25 - 30 medium cucumbers
8 large white onions
2 large sweet green peppers
1/2 cup salt
5 cups sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric
5 cups apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the cucumbers, onions, and peppers. Pour salt over the vegetables and let sit for 3 hours. Drain well. Bring other ingredients to boil. Add drained vegetables. Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Pack while hot into hot jars and seal.
