1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Particularly good on roast. Marinate roast at room temperature for 5 - 6 hours.
