1½ cups water
¾ cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 3-ounce package of Strawberry Jello
4 cups strawberries
1 baked pie shell (see "Pie Shell" recipe)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until clear and thick. Add Jello to thickened sauce, stirring until the Jello is dissolved, then add strawberries.

Pour into baked pie shell.

Refrigerate for about 4 hours until set.

Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
