1 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 Tablespoons gelatin dissolved in one cup cold water
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup pineapple, drained
Juice of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, pineapple juice and lemon juice and boil for 5 minutes. Add gelatin. Let congeal. Fold in other ingredients and pour into mold to congeal.
