Ingredients:  
1 pound hot sausage
1/2 to 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups bisquick, plus another 1/2 cup for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Sprinkle board with 1/2 cup bisquick. Turn out dough onto board and pat to form a circle if cutting with a biscuit cutter OR make individual balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
