2 pounds lean ground beef (93% lean)
1 package (6 oz.) stuffing mix for chicken
1 and cups water
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Line a sheet pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.

Mix ingredients until blended and shape into 32 (1 inch) balls, using about 1/4 cup for each.
Place meatballs on pan and bake for 16-18 minutes or until done (160 F). Repeat with other half.

Recipe makes a large batch, but meatballs freeze well. Recipe can also be halved.

A weeknight supper staple. Meatballs can be used for spaghetti and meatballs, meatball hoagie, BBQ meatballs, etc.
