Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
6 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup water
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 Tablespoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Blend together separately the next 5 ingredients. Add blended liquids to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread out on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake at 250º for one hour.

Note: I like to add 1 cup of nuts to the dry ingredients.

Note: I (Pam) used to make this all the time for Leigh Ann and Lindy. I was determined to give them a healthy alternative to all the sugary foods I have loved my entire life. I was hoping they would not develop the sugar addiction of the Richardson/Mitchell family. Alas, I failed, but at least I tried!!
