1-1/2 cups raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
Few grains salt
1 Tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanuts, sugar, corn syrup and salt in glass bowl. Cook 7 - 9 minutes on high in microwave. Mixture should be bubbling and peanuts browned. Quickly stir in butter and vanilla; cook 2 - 3 minutes longer. Add baking soda and stir quickly just until foamy. Pour immediately onto greased sheet. Let coo 15 minutes or longer. Break apart and store.
