1 handful asparagus
1-2 cloves fresh garlic, thinly sliced
olive oil
1 tbs. butter

Directions:
1. Slowly saute asparagus, garlic, butter and oil in frying pan, until asparagus is crisp, but cooked and slightly browned on some sides.

Can substitute asparagus with fresh green beans.
